We have developed a unique method of grain cleaning, based on the principle of different specific weights of sorted materials. Our technology allows you to clean the most difficult mixtures. Thanks to this principle, it is possible to separate healthy grain from hollow grain (or grain affected by various diseases), to separate wheat from barley, empty sunflower seeds from full ones, corn from sunflower seeds, beaten grain from whole ones, and so on, which makes the seed material practically flawless – because the measure purification reaches 99.6%!

The effect is achieved due to the calibration vibroseparator and vibropneumatic tables, which produce the final cleaning, calibration and separation of seeds by specific weight. This makes it possible to separate from full-fledged grain: weed seeds, mineral and dirty impurities, lean and light grain affected by disease, as well as a stick (sunflower) and due to this, to obtain the basic conditions in terms of size, which is necessary for sowing with precision seed drills or for further processing. Our equipment can clean herbs and small-seeded grains. For example, we clean the seeds of such crops as poppy, coriander, alfalfa, canary grass, cumin, Sudanese, lavender seeds, etc.

The manufacturer offers lines for post-harvest cleaning of seeds and preparation of sowing material. This complex is designed to obtain seed material of very high conditions of all crops.

At the same time, the use of our equipment is not limited to grains, because according to the principle of separation by specific gravity, it is possible to sort any loose materials, and at the same time, the quality of calibration will be consistently high.

In order to test the designed machines and equipment, as well as to work out the grain cleaning technology, a grain cleaning line was built on which the oil poppy cleaning technology is honed to a purity of 99.7%. Technologies for the preparation of corn, soybean, chickpea, lentil, bean, confectionary and oil sunflower seeds, etc., were also worked out.

The technology of obtaining protein mass for halvah, kozinaki, as well as obtaining protein mass with a residual huskiness of 5% was developed on sunflower seed peeling lines.

Now the company’s products are well known on the European agricultural machinery market. The grain cleaning lines, which were designed and assembled by the FORUMAGROPROM company, are now working flawlessly at the Kyiv Institute of Physiology and Genetics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, the Cherkasy Institute of Agriculture, the Agrofirm “Slavutich”, the Kirovohrad Institute of Agriculture and many other places.
