Conveyors
Conveyor systems allow you to move the seeds between the equipment of the seed cleaning lines as gently as possible. They are used to transport not only grains, but also vegetables and fertilizers. The advantages of conveyors are that they are equipped with the ability to change the angle of inclination, be both stationary and mobile, move a large volume of cargo, are equipped with adjustment of the speed of movement of the belt and reverse, corrugated board and flanges from overflow, light and easy to maintain.
Types of conveyors:
- Inclines with speed control and an inclination angle of up to 60 degrees;
- Grooved;
- Horizontal;
- Z-shaped based on the use of PVC conveyor belts with a corrugated board and transverse ribs at an angle of 120 degrees.
A belt conveyor is a continuous-acting transport device with a combined load-carrying and traction body in the form of a closed (endless) flexible belt. The tape moves by the force of friction between it and the drive drum, rests along its entire length on stationary roller supports. It is used for feeding the product at an angle of inclination from 30 to 60 degrees, with a length from 2 m to 15 m. The angle of inclination of the transverse ribs is 120 degrees. The width of the tape is from 320 mm to 1000 mm, the corrugated board is from 30 mm to 60 mm. Productivity from 1t to 10t per hour is regulated by a frequency-regulated current converter. The operation of the equipment is provided by a drive – a gear motor (from 0.75 kW to 3 kW).
