Seed cleaning and sowing material preparation line. The proposed complex is intended for obtaining seed material of very high conditions – 98% and above – of almost all crops. The effect is achieved due to the use of a highly efficient calibration vibroseparator and vibropneumotables, with the help of which the final cleaning of the grain is carried out according to specific gravity, which allows you to remove the stick (sunflower), weed seeds, damaged, thin and light grain from the full-fledged grain, and due to this, get basic conditions of the seed material, which is calibrated by size fractions, which is necessary for sowing with precision seed drills.
